Choosing a new background

Change Photo Background is made for portraits, product shots, profile photos, and simple marketing images where the subject has a fairly clear edge. Solid colors work well for IDs and marketplaces, soft gradients are useful for social profiles, and uploaded backgrounds help when you need a specific scene or brand texture.

Practical editing tips

Adjust tolerance in small steps. Too little tolerance leaves the old background around the subject, while too much can erase clothing, hair, or product edges. Use the preview to check difficult areas before downloading the PNG.
